Coding and blockchain qualifications are becoming as valuable as traditional finance degrees.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8940\" data-end=\"9293\">Retrenchments in large banks are ongoing, driven by automation of clerical roles. However, fintech startups, microfinance institutions, and advisory services for SMEs present redeployment opportunities.
